Returns & Care
All custom rugs are final sale. We carefully inspect every piece before dispatch, but in rare cases of manufacturing issues (minor size variations, uneven patterns, or weaving irregularities), please contact us.
Minor creases or slight fiber shifts may occur during shipping. This is completely normal and will naturally smooth out as the carpet relaxes after unrolling. Please note that such temporary imperfections are not considered defects and therefore do not qualify for a return. Your carpet will soon regain its beautiful and even appearance with regular use.
